Η Grant Thornton έλαβε για δεύτερη συνεχόμενη χρονιά την πιστοποίηση του Great Place to Work®, σε συνέχεια της αξιολόγησης που πραγματοποιήθηκε από τον οργανισμό Great Place to Work® Hellas και μέσα από την έρευνα στην οποία συμμετείχε το προσωπικό της εταιρίας με την εμπειρία του από το εργασιακό περιβάλλον μας.

Η Grant Thornton αναδείχθηκε ως μια από τις δέκα Best Workplaces for Women Hellas 2023. Πρόκειται για την λίστα με τις εταιρίες που διακρίνονται ως οι καλύτεροι εργοδότες για τις γυναίκες, ανάμεσα σε αυτές που έχουν συμμετάσχει στην έρευνα του Great Place To Work® και έχουν πιστοποιηθεί για το καλό εργασιακό τους περιβάλλον συνολικά.

Η Grant Thornton είναι μία από τις 18 επιχειρήσεις στην Ελλάδα που έλαβαν το Σήμα Ισότητας SHARE, το οποίο αποτυπώνει την έμπρακτη προώθηση πρακτικών και πρωτοβουλιών με στόχο την ισότητα των φύλων. Η επιτυχής ανταπόκριση της Grant Thornton στα κριτήρια αξιολόγησης από την Ανεξάρτητη Επιτροπή Αξιολόγησης, αποδεικνύουν έμπρακτα πως η εταιρία παραμένει πιστή στη δέσμευσή της για ένα εργασιακό περιβάλλον ίσων ευκαιριών και αποδοχών για τους ανθρώπους της.
