Experience

Andreas Constantinou is a Partner in the Business Growth Advisory (BGA) team within the Assurance services of Grant Thornton Greece.

With many years of experience in auditing, he has performed as a Project Manager of Statutory and Tax audits of Multinational, Shipping and Petroleum Refining Companies or Groups. For the last two years, he has been the engagement partner of the Statutory and Tax audit of companies operating in the Pharmaceutical and the Real Estate sector. He has led projects of various aspects such as Statutory and Tax audits, Management reporting, Due Diligence (DD), and projects related to Financial Reporting and conversion of financial statements according to IFRS.

Andreas has also been involved in multiple finance transformation projects pertaining to streamlining financial processes, optimizing systems and tools, and driving operational efficiency. He worked with cross-functional teams to assess organizational needs, identify areas for improvement, and design and execute initiatives that resulted in significant cost-savings and improved financial performance.
